「My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. 」

「Well, the room was nice, great view…however, hot water was hard to come by…shower was cool/luke warm for 2 days…no answer from the office, the phone rings, then tells you there’s no one answering. I had to go to the office and tell them about the situation (and my tv remote had dead batteries). About 2 hours later, a custodian arrived with my batteries…no mention of lack of hot water on his sheet. Other than that, which was remedied on day 3 of 5, the room had all the amenities of a kitchen,...

「The staff was very nice and check in was easy. The room had a jacuzzi (one of the reasons I booked here) but it did not work. It was being used as a regular bathtub with a shower. The room was big and was clean on the surface- but the cabinets in the kitchen and bath areas were worn and dirty. The bath cabinets looked like they had been water damaged and were pretty sad. Overall- it just needed a thorough scrub down of the cabinets, walls, and furniture. The furniture was old and very worn and...
