「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「The tree is no restroom by the pool . None. You need to take the stairs/ elevators to go to the near rest iron 1st floor . Guess what ? Everyone pees in that pool based I. My observations . I have not seen people getting out that pool to use restrooms」

「The staff was friendly and tried being helpful, but…. The room(s) was disgusting. Floor wet. Muskey smell. Rust in shower. Trouble with room key(s). I could go on but it seems pointless. The price was right, but given the room issues I would rather pay double for a nicer place. I would not stay again.」

「Not exactly as expected… did love that the pool was right outside our door and great area though smaller than pictured. Beach view was nice! The room was not too clean. Grounds weren’t either. Air didn’t work very well. We only stayed one night, but had a kitchen with a lot of pans and utensils.」

「Room and property are very clean - almost brand new. Easy access to the beach and the pool was lovely. Room was well equipped, note you won't get housekeeping unless you have a long stay. Wish I'd realized this wasn't a traditional hotel - you'll be bothered at least twice to try and get you to go to the "vacation club" presentation. It's a timeshare by another name and they will hard sell you - up to you if a resort credit is worth half of day of your vacation. Staff were otherwise very nice,...
