「I loved this hotel! Was not disappointed with anything. Its located right next to the beach you walk out and you're there. Rooms are clean lots of small touches that cater to guests. Full self service snack area, staff professional but very courteous and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment never need to drive anywhere unless you choose. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Surfside ⛱️ beach.」

「I requested a beach view, beach front room. The room they gave me was just that, however, the room was on the first floor and when we got to the room and opened the curtains the pool was directly in front of us with people at the pool looking into our room. I requested a different room but they refused to move me. So I really didn't have a view of the beach as we had to keep our curtains closed for privacy. The room was nice enough, but the location of it was not!」

「Great service from check-in to check-out (and everything during our stay). Breakfast was wonderful, a nice variety from warm food to fresh fruit and juice. Clean all the way around, inside, outside, hallways, rooms, and lobby. I recommend this location for anyone visiting the area.」

「The location is excellent and the room was very clean and spacious. TV didn’t work upon check in but the staff was helpful. The breakfast was ok, we were not early birds and food that was left was not that appealing. I would definitely stay again, parking was plentiful and I felt very safe.」

「Great spacious a new looking room. Great ocean view, two bathrooms and fast elevators. Great pool area and restaurant and bar in house. Staff was great. Which the pool stay open until 11:00pm instead of 10:00pm」

「Room was excellent, nice and clean. Staff was friendly, biggest issue was an extra charge to my room that was authorized from the backyard bar. Spoke to multiple staff members about it but nothing has been done. The result of the interaction was enough to deter me from staying again. 」

「We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.」

「We booked on Expedia, and upon checkout had a bill of $62.50. This was for resort fees and self parking. The hotel was also older and could use some renovations.」

「The worst place I’ve ever stayed ! So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they...

「Pretty decent hotel. Pool was relatively clean. Free parking. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was paying a $35 early check-in fee. I understand it’s Myrtle Beach bike week, but they had a room ready to go. You can call an AirBnB a weekend in advance to check in early. They’ll typically let you do so without charge. Otherwise, 4/5.」

「All was nice at the resort! However did not sleep at all, the noise where the bedrooms are closest to the road are extremely noisy and nothing to drown out the noise, I recommend getting air machines in each unit! Also, coffee pot we had looked like it was falling apart, and like it was 15 years aloof although it did work, was very worn and rusty! Otherwise nice resort 」
