Property was okay,clean but had a smell like sewage every now and then...not sure why. The breakfast could use more options. Never seen this before,but they ran out of breakfast food which was weird...I mean,didn't the hotel staff know how much people they had in the hotel? The breakfast lady was getting irritated that she had to tell people that their delivery truck hadn't arrived but she forgot that people come and go and people who just got there to get breakfast did not hear her because they weren't there before! Also, their room trash cans are super small and this hotel gives a tiny bottle of shampoo, a tiny bar soap but no conditioner...this was so annoying...like they seemed to not want to provide for the customers! How can you not have hair conditioner? Bottom line,it was an okay hotel but we will avoid this hotel and ALL laquinta inns because this was actually my second try of their hotels and they look good in pics but not as good in actuality.

This property was nice but the air in our room didn’t work and the tub clogged the first day! There is no house keeping during your stay so they have you put your trash and dirty towels outside your door each day which was strange to me but the staff was pleasant and was very helpful as far as giving us towels and extra soaps!

Not a nice hotel at all very dirty… elevator is filthy looks like it had never been cleaned….. hotel room walls were damaged carpet had stains…and no housekeeping had to get our own towels and throw our own garbage…free breakfast had bare minimum And was not good….stay away! Staff was very nice, but overall not a pleasant place to stay, very dirty.

Check in was ok. Staff was friendly. When I got to my room a corner strip fell off the wall, there was no tv remote, the pull out bed had no sheets, had to go down stairs for all supplies, no toilet paper in the room, pet hairs on top sheet of bed, ice bucket in sink with water in it from previous guest and the shower overflowed all over the floor. Breakfast was even worth getting up for. I usually don’t complain but this has been the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. My family & I don’t plan many trips & thought a hotel away from the beach would be a great place to stay but we were wrong. Next time I will be more diligent in choosing our next stay away from home. Not at all what was expected.

We didn’t appreciate not being able to cancel our reservation without being penalized for the entire cost of stay, nor was it explained to us, nor did we ever receive a copy of receipt in person or by email as was stated at front desk. We feel robbed, someone could have told us your policy, that would have been the proper thing to do as we might have reconsidered our stay. The physical location itself wasn’t terrible, the room was clean, the front desk guy was nice, the other guests were friendly, it just wasn’t our vibe with pet rabbits and huge dogs, not to mention people cooking in their room?? We have stayed at La Quinta in other cites and really enjoyed it, but this time certainly leaves a sour feeling and will affect our future plans to visit another of your locations. Honesty goes a long way and we understand policy but clarity is important too. In the future make your policy well known to cut down on confusion, I for one would appreciate it.

The room and staff was really nice. There was a small ant issue that we noticed the day before we left. When we called the front desk we didn’t get an answer and went downstairs no one was at the front desk to let them know. We didn’t make a big deal about it because we left early the next morning. Overall we had no issue other than that.

The mattresses had multiple stains in both rooms that the put my husband and I in. The hospitality and the staff did not care nor did fjeu try and help us to resolve the issue. We didnt even get a full refund and we were there only 24 hours and not the four days we booked.

Building is old and it’s starting to show towel rack in bathroom was falling a part and the cleaning staff put clean towel on top of toilet that’s nasty bed was very hard and uncomfortable sheets made my legs itch the rooms cost too much to be subpar
