「The condo was filthy. Left over hair in showers, blood stains on sheets. The furniture was broken down pretty bad. The garage code was changed right before our trip and we were never contacted. Best part was the view. Everything else was noted, the boardwalk is under construction and is loud occasionally. The price for this unit was not worth what was inside. We were very disappointed. 」

「We always enjoy our stay at Dunes Village! The room we stayed in had a good view of the ocean, was very clean, and communication with the host was excellent. I do wish the rooms had a window that faces outside instead of the hallway, but that isn’t something that can be changed, and it didn’t affect our trip. 」

「The property is an apartment! The upstairs was pretty cool. Looking out the bedroom window facing the oceans is breathtaking!!」

「Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. 」
