"My neighbors were really Loud. The walls were very thin. Could hear everything. Room was not very clean it was ok. And room was not ready until 8! The view was nice. Smoke alarm was dangling from wall"

"Our first night was miserable; the AC was broken and unbearably loud, which was incredibly difficult with a toddler and infant. Though we changed rooms the next day, moving floors was a hassle—made worse when staff denied my husband a luggage cart. The new room’s AC failed again on day five and was never fixed before we checked out on day seven. Additionally, both hot tubs were broken. While the property was nice, the long walk to amenities defeated the purpose of staying at a Hilton with small children. We also found a major safety issue: the balcony lock was missing entirely. The staff was friendly and tried to help, but most issues seemed beyond their control."

"Plumbing was stopping up in both bathroom sink and shower, broken recliner, AC not working well in the living room I notified front desk "

"This was top tier. Complimentary Valet service. They parked my car and unpacked the car and took the bags to the room and unpacked. We ordered a grocery delivery and they brought the bags up to the room. When we left, they came up to load the luggage cart and they packed the car."

"They need to clean room better mop floors and change the sheets on the bed. Also telephone was not working engineers department have a quick response time and very professional Thanks Ed for try to help me get bedding sheets and mattress covers changes. "

"My first trip to Myrtle Beach has been wonderful! Dong Shirley, Michelle, Leo, and the entire housekeeping crew have been fantastic. I’m truly enjoying my stay here at the Embassy, but I wanted to let you know about a few maintenance items in Room 2001. In the bathroom, the toilet isn't flushing properly and the bowl feels loose. The tub drain is also acting up, and the closet handle is a bit shaky. Thank you so much for listening and for being such an amazing manager Mary. Believe you me, if I’m ever in Myrtle Beach again, I would definitely stay here. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of what’s going on with the room!"
