「It was a beautiful property. But some things in the condo needed to be repaired. The bathroom faucets. The ice maker didn’t make ice. The elevators were broken. But overall we had a good time..」

「Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.」

「We stayed in a two bedroom condo here for 7 days but wanted to extend our stay by one night so we had to move to an available one bedroom. Each staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Specifically the moving of rooms was very easy and they even offered to move our stuff to the next room if we did not want to wait and if we put it all onto a cart. The two bedroom condo was excellent, clean and spacious with an unobstructed view of the beach. The only complaint there was...

「We were on the 6th floor fortunately high enough to where we could see around the buildings in front of our building that we were told was oceanfront. The lazy river and pool were nice and it is easy access to the beach. We utilized John’s to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The room was in good condition. 「The outdoor pool area was disgusting; many dirty diapers around the chairs and on the ground around the lazy river, nasty paper towels or some type of decaying paper products floating in the water and around the outer edges. My young children were even grossed out by it and no one would go in. When bringing it to the front desks attention, nothing was done other than telling us no one was as onsite to look. The room was fine, the shower dripped non-stop, but the view of the ocean was beautiful...

「We (myself, wife, and 2 children) booked a room at this place for 1 night. About 10pm, the AC stopped working. After calling twice, the desk finally sent someone to look at the AC. The maintenance man showed up with no tools, and simply said he couldn't fix it. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available but he could move me to a suite at another building. 「Property was as pictured. Close to the beach and my kids loved all the different pools and the on site water park. We used the pool at our tower multiple times a day as it was mostly empty all the time.」
