「This property was wonderful. The location was excellent. It felt safe. The property and rooms were extremely clean. The rooms were spacious and great for families. It had pools, a great restaurant, and beautiful scenery from your balcony. This is one of the best properties that I have ever booked. We will stay here again.」

「The junior king suite was a usual room but the kitchen had some cabinets. The balcony hosted an abundance of spiders and webs. The personal hot tub was a 20 year old Jacuzzi. Decor was also dated. There are no laundry facilities on premises so we went to the airport with swim wear in a plastic bag. The entire staff was extremely pleasant.」

We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.」

Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

「First off when we got there we got there with the impression that we have rented one particular room which was facing the beach when I went to the front desk the person said we have this room or we have their room you only have two choices and that's how we have seven of all the carpets are dirty third of all the rooms are idated and are small for us to be paid $1,000 for two days it's not worth it . 「The property definitely looks better online. It is a small property in the middle of 2 bigger hotels. The hot tub was empty & the pool needed to be clean. Shower pressure was terrible. There was also an odor in the room & hallways. Mildew or an aged odor. It was just ok. Had to make the best of it. Definitely not what I expected.」

「I loved this resort. Me and my husband were amazed at how beautiful the room was and how spacious it was. The balcony view was breathtaking. The pools and jacuzzis were awesome. The only thing I thought really needed some improvement were the beds. They were lumpy. They had a pillow top bed cover on the bed but it would not stay in place, I also thought the TV would have been more enjoyable with a Roku or fire stick.」
