「Everything」

「Nice place but the room I stayed in needed some maintenance in the bathroom. Shower flooding the floor and wallpaper peeling. Paint around door knobs peeling, stains in the carpet, cobwebs on the balcony. Barely any water pressure in the shower. This was not a 4 star room Our breakfast server was unfriendly and foreign. Not sure if that’s the way they communicate in Jamaica or he just hates his job. Did not feel comfortable the 2x I had breakfast with my daughter. Servers are supposed to smile...

「After paying for a stay I come in and was told there’s an additional fee when booking with Expedia. I’ve never been charged then charged for undisclosed fees when booking.」

Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. 「This is a wonderful option if you're staying in Myrtle Beach. We had a king ocean view room. Room was clean and the view was amazing! The pool and lazy river downstairs were well maintained and good size. The hot tubs (4), pool, and lazy river on the roof (YES THEY HAVE THAT!!!) are smaller, but well maintained and had an AMAZING view! This resort is located in a great area not far from anything. 「The property definitely looks better online. It is a small property in the middle of 2 bigger hotels. The hot tub was empty & the pool needed to be clean. Shower pressure was terrible. There was also an odor in the room & hallways. Mildew or an aged odor. It was just ok. Had to make the best of it. Definitely not what I expected.」

「The location was nice,because of the beach access, there was plenty of parking. The pools looked nice. There was nothing special about it. Too much furniture in the bedroom, awkward to move around. No free anything to drink or snack on. Not much available to even buy. We had an “extra fee” upon arrival even though we paid so much already.」

「We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there...
