「I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Myrtle Beach I had no complaints our room had no air and the had no problem moving us to a room that had air even help us move to the next room 10 out of 10 loved it」

「We loved the location and the property was very clean. The shower door was missing the magnetic piece to keep the door closed during our showers. The furniture could be updated or reupholstered. Otherwise it was a great stay.」

「The staff were nice and helpful. However, the hotel is dated and the sofa rollout bed mattress had stains on it and was on need of replacement. They assigned us a room with a handicapped shower that we didn’t require or requested. I would have rather the room be reserved for someone who needed it. This was my first visit to a Best Western hotel and the only way I would stay to another Best Western hotel if it was a last resort. At best my rating for this hotel is a 2 rating.」

「We were assigned a condo that so outdated, it probably hasn’t been updated since 2000. TVs were old, flowered curtains, wicker chairs and hard beds and pillows. Room 905 needs to updated. The view was nice and the unit was spacious but it’s definitely time for updates.」

「Loved the pool area and lazy river on the seventh floor. Very relaxing. And the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again definitely.」

「The hotel room layout was excellent! Normally, it’s just one space but this was separated into a sleeping space, full kitchen and living room with doors that closed between rooms. We have been to Myrtle Beach a lot and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed in.」

「The room was okay but a lot smaller than I thought it’d be. I was on the second floor beach side and apparently housekeeping keeps all of there cleaning supplies and dirty carts all day directly in front of all of our doors. Seemed a bit odd and was definitely a sore sight to see when returning to our door. The beds were okay, one soft and one firm. Missing floor board in bathroom. Shower head was great. Checkout was easy. Beach access was as convenient as it gets For the price it’s not bad but...

「The initial check in was fine. However, I was really disappointed when I asked for bedding for the pull out couch, and she told me, “we have no more pillows.” So, my child didn’t have a pillow. Then, when I was down in the lobby later, I saw another guest be given a pillow. The parking lot was filled. The place was incredibly dirty. This is a terrible place to go. Please avoid at all costs for your sake!」

「Outdoor pool and lazy river are nice. I have never seen such a dirty indoor pool. I told the person at the desk the pool was dirty and she said “They just cleaned the decks.” They do not have any maid service no matter how long you stay.. you have to carry dirty towels to desk to trade for clean towels. They do not provide additional toilet paper or trash bags. You have to sit your trash out in hallway bins before you leave or you will be charged. Blow dryer on wall does not work, safe in...
