「This property was wonderful. The location was excellent. It felt safe. The property and rooms were extremely clean. The rooms were spacious and great for families. It had pools, a great restaurant, and beautiful scenery from your balcony. This is one of the best properties that I have ever booked. We will stay here again.」

「Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.」

「Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

「Excellent property with many amenities. Room was more than adequate. Staff was very helpful although we did have to chase housekeeping for a change in towels. Very close to the beach and pools are large and uncrowded. The only downside was the door lock. Door has to be slammed to close and lock. That seemed to be the norm on all the rooms so there was considerable background noise of slamming doors. Otherwise, the resort is a very good value.」

「The property itself was in a great location. The rooms were dated and could use some TLC. Because of the great access to the beach, the restaurant food and hotel staff, I would stay here again. Waking up to a full view of the ocean every morning made this trip awesome. looking forward to returning in the near future. Hopeful there will be some updates. 」

「The property definitely looks better online. It is a small property in the middle of 2 bigger hotels. The hot tub was empty & the pool needed to be clean. Shower pressure was terrible. There was also an odor in the room & hallways. Mildew or an aged odor. It was just ok. Had to make the best of it. Definitely not what I expected.」

「I loved this resort. Me and my husband were amazed at how beautiful the room was and how spacious it was. The balcony view was breathtaking. The pools and jacuzzis were awesome. The only thing I thought really needed some improvement were the beds. They were lumpy. They had a pillow top bed cover on the bed but it would not stay in place, I also thought the TV would have been more enjoyable with a Roku or fire stick.」

「We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there...
