「Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day.」

「If you book through a third party be sure your dates are not going to change. I tried to change via Expedia and the resort itself, and it was going to cost me over $300 so triple check you can make the dates before booking. Also, if you prepay for a night, bring that specific credit card with you as they ask for it during check in. Bring your patience. Check is long and complicated. I would also bring a pool towel. I saw some people find where they were kept, but not until the last day of...

「This is one of my favorite resorts to stay at in Myrtle! Very clean & never have issues with Hosteeva or Expedia. A lot of people say to not stay south of the boardwalk but honestly I think you just have to find a nice place & this one is my favorite. I love how you can see the beach in almost full view but still can see everything going on city view side at night. Went during bike week & it was great!」

「The resort had absolutely everything we needed! Didn't have to leave during our stay! The rooms were comfortable and provided a nice place to relax to catch our breath. Lots of things to do for the lil kiddos!」
