「The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap」

「We loved the location and the property was very clean. The shower door was missing the magnetic piece to keep the door closed during our showers. The furniture could be updated or reupholstered. Otherwise it was a great stay.」

「My husband and I celebrated at 21st anniversary. It was an amazing experience. The room was clean. The view was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend this place.」

「The staff were nice and helpful. However, the hotel is dated and the sofa rollout bed mattress had stains on it and was on need of replacement. They assigned us a room with a handicapped shower that we didn’t require or requested. I would have rather the room be reserved for someone who needed it. This was my first visit to a Best Western hotel and the only way I would stay to another Best Western hotel if it was a last resort. At best my rating for this hotel is a 2 rating.」

「The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.」

「Loved the pool area and lazy river on the seventh floor. Very relaxing. And the beds were comfortable. Would stay there again definitely.」

「Everything was great. Jordan at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The spa was wonderful. The resort itself was beautiful, and the amenities were fantastic! The only exception was The Wet Whistle - the restaurant /tiki bar there on site. They were awful! I’ve had better nachos at Taco Bell. And you don’t have $17 for them!」

「The hotel room layout was excellent! Normally, it’s just one space but this was separated into a sleeping space, full kitchen and living room with doors that closed between rooms. We have been to Myrtle Beach a lot and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed in.」

「The alarm system does not work at the property there was a fire and we never saw or heard a fire alarm.」

「219 Arrowhead was just dated but overall a great stay and mostly clean to my standards. No roaches which is a plus! You may see water bugs but that's normal near bodies of water.」

「The room was okay but a lot smaller than I thought it’d be. I was on the second floor beach side and apparently housekeeping keeps all of there cleaning supplies and dirty carts all day directly in front of all of our doors. Seemed a bit odd and was definitely a sore sight to see when returning to our door. The beds were okay, one soft and one firm. Missing floor board in bathroom. Shower head was great. Checkout was easy. Beach access was as convenient as it gets For the price it’s not bad but...
