「Clean & spacious room staff was great and helpful 」

「Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.」

「We always love our stay at the Marina Inn, every year for my husband's birthday we love to stay there. Customer service is always a plus for us. The gentlemen Bruce who parked our car was so friendly and helpful. The gentlemen that work in the restaurant was very kind to us. I forgot his name; all I know is he is from Jamaica. We will continue our stay in future.」

「My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. 」

「On the beach and acess to beach」

「Difficulty at check in, placed in the wrong room and questioned right away. Eventually found problem was we were given the wrong room. Room was okay but property has sewage line right at beach access so the smell was horrible when going to the beach. Some staff members have attitude where others are pleasant.」

「The staff at the Margate was awful and extremely rude. There was dog poop in the main hallway for 2 days straight. Our room was clean but the electric sockets in the floor were just black taped down to the floor which made 1 of the living room lamps not work. This was our 1st time here and more than likely our last.」

「We loved the ocean view and the area around it. We also loved the short walk to the beach! Rooms were a lil sandy but that's to be expected. Tammy was great with fast replies!」
