「I stay here several times a year and like the fact the EV chargers are conveniently located on the property. Housekeeping did a great job. The pool was very crowded and lots of kids but we were still able to enjoy.check in is always easy.」

「Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

「the wait for elevators was always long. You have to go up to go down always packed and lines and you waited on your floor sometimes 20 mins for the elevetors.」

「Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.」

「The hotel was clean, conveniently located, well lit and Manny the bartender by the pool made great drinks and was a lot of fun! The only hiccup was we checked in about 15 minutes before 4:00pm and we were told the room wasn’t ready yet because it wasn’t quite 4pm and that we would get a text when it was ready. We waited for a little over an hour and never received a text so went back to front desk and when they called someone the room was in fact ready but by that time we didn’t have time to...

「Our room did not have a curtain to block the outside walkway lights from shining voluminous light into the bedroom. The blinds were insufficient for this purpose.」

「We unfortunately did not have the best stay here at the Kingston plantation. The rooms were filthy. The staff didn’t seem to care about our concerns with the rooms. We had to switch 2 different times to other rooms/hotels on the property due to the rooms not being as described. Overall just not a great time.」
