Hotel pool has loud music and does not turn off lights, we did not receive the correct number of beds. The Murphy bed was locked and they were unable to open it and said we had a sofa bed. I sent pictures of the loveseat that was not even a couch and it was not a sofa bed, they did nothing. The outlets for the ac are bad and you'll have to constantly reset it when you notice it's off. Sometimes the power would not turn back on. I told them, nothing was done

Property is nice & as I understand it's an older building, but some updates are needed!! Rooms were clean & free of bugs. I do think the floors could use a little more attention when being cleaned. Staff was nice & the pools were great!! Breakfast was great as well, saved us from going out every morning. We enjoyed our stay & will stay again.

Not the cleanest and very misleading on advertised amenities. I specifically booked an accessible hotel where I’m in a wheelchair. Room was advertised to have roll in shower and wheelchair width doorways and had neither in regards to bathroom had to transfer to multiple chairs to access bathroom and shower. Worst stay in 25 years of visiting Myrtle staff didn’t help when notified of the issue.

A bit rough around the edges, but decent value for the amenities on property. Staff certainly is very hospitable, attentive, and tries their best accommodate guest needs. I WOULD book again for same price point.

We did not get our room cleaned the whole time we were there. They said that we had to request it, so then we did and still never got the room cleaned. We got new towels and they took out trash after us hounding them about it. Room smelled like musty/ mold. Not too great.

I overall had a great time staying there. I only would say, I think the breakfast food should be upgraded, and they need to upgrade the rooms. The rooms are nice but they need to be upgraded.

The room service was terrible we had to ask every day for clean towels never after the first night did we get pool towels. We emptied our own garbage everyday because no one came to clean the room we had to ask for a broom and dust pan to clean our room. They never replaced our shampoos and body cleanser as well as toiletries.

This property was billed as "hotel" but is actually just apartments managed by this hotel . The result is different levels of cleanliness (we had two rooms). The front desk is not much help.

Check in was easy. The room was as expected for the price. The pools were clean amd well stocked with available seating any time of day. During our stay the 4 elevators weren't functioning properly and at times there was a 30+ minute wait to catch one. Stairs were fine,but 10 floors in the heat of August was a bit much. We didnt partake of the breakfast but it seemed like a popular location for families. Beach access was a breeze as well.

This place was clean…but felt sort of dirty. Bring your own disinfectant and give it a once over. Air conditioners need to be cleaned. The place is old so I guess it can only be but so clean? Check out is 11, house keeping came knocking like the police at 10 and at 10:30. A lasting and relentless knock, it was very rude. The tubs reed to be glazed. It’s a reasonably priced hotel but nothing special. Parking is tight for large vehicles, breakfast is okay.

I saw some unfair reviews of this place. I had a good time there. It included free breakfast and room was clean when we checked in. We got new towels everyday. There was free breakfast. The free breakfast was normal continental breakfast. It was fine and changed up daily. The biggest issue with this hotel was the parking garage. I had a small 2 door convertible and felt like I was going to wreck it going in and out. It is not a comfortable place to park. I had an issue of mold collecting in my room but when I made them aware, maintenance was there within hours to clean it up. I don’t have any major complaints. The pools were clean and it was very close to the beach. The hot tubs were HOT. Also it had a great view of the ocean.

Chose this property as a last minute trip to the beach with my daughter. Check in was easy and staff courteous and helpful. The room however left a lot to be desired. Walked into bedroom which was clean and looked recently updated. Bathroom was OK. Kitchen tiny, missing outlet covers, eating utensils and overhead light did not want to come on until middle of the night. Multiple outlets were loose and one popped when we attempted to use it. Living room stunk like urine. I chose to sleep in the murphy bed so I could hear the ocean better but the smell was very offensive. Living room needs to be updated and decorated to be a bit more inviting.
