The place is an older establishment so some wear a tear is expected. Was clean and very roomy for the two of us. Parking was good but the traffic direction need to be changed. You do a lot of circles to get in and out and no signs. We normally try to stay where breakfast is included. The attendants there didn't do a very good job at watching the food for refills, never wiped down the tables or the counters. Basically they sat near the door on their phone. I gave that a 1 for recommendation. The last day was kilbasa links in red sauce as the meat, so we paid to go eat out instead. Pool and beach areas were wonderful. They were even adding on out door swings. Overall it was a good stay but we will most likely not return there.

I had a great stay but I was a bit shocked when I arrived as the hotel and our room was encased in ugly dirty concrete it was gloomy and not very inviting but we were checked in quickly and although the room was very dated and well worn the bed was comfortable and the sheets clean and kitchen well equipped with an abundance of white towels. The sea view was so beautiful and it was nice to have a balcony. Breakfast was free and a good array of items, from oatmeal to hot breakfast meats scrabbled egg and some days we had fresh fruit. The roof top pool was actually surrounded by other rooms so one felt on display - the pool was small but clean and warm . The lazy River on ground floor was a lot of fun and the outdoor pool on ground floor opened on our last day was warm and clean. We used the beach quite a lot it was lovely white sand very clean. We had beautiful sunny hot weather (mid April). I had hoped for a bit of luxury per the photos but it was very scruffy and well worn decor and furniture. However the shower was powerful with abundance of hot water. So it was a good trip probably wouldn’t stay there again but it was affordable and had been reluctant to spend more. Thank you Ismael for welcoming us and meeting all our needs.

My only complaint is the unit was very dusty and dirty and my wife have to wipe down everything and kitchen cabinets smell like roaches. The floor was very dirty and sticky

The property was adequate for our stay our room 1219 had an old tobacco smell in the living area that was overwhelming.. But everything else was nice and better taken care of then some neighboring condos

Tatiana at the front desk was amazing! Room wasn’t available until almost 530 but we had a room changed to get a room earlier and it’s totally sucks.So they gave us a $25 voucher for the little snack shack that is down stairs so I ordered a strawberry daiquiri & it tasted like straight liquor then I used the rest to order some fries for my kids then when it came time to pay I was THEN informed I couldn’t use the voucher for the alcohol so had to pay $14. Something for a drink I trashed , shower felt like you’re going to fall through… The remote for the TV did not work in the main room didn’t even have the remote for the second room so the whole first night we had to look at one another because we can’t watch TV. We had to wait for maintenance to come on Saturday to fix our remotes and give us new ones.

Breakfast was meh. Several things were ripped on furniture or were broken so we notified staff so we wouldn’t be held liable for this. Murphy bed was disgusting so family of 5 squeezed onto 2 queen beds, the room smelled like mildew, the bathroom shower curtain smelled like mildew, floor was filthy. There was still trash on the balcony when we arrived. View of ocean was nice.

So, this hotel is worth it in so many ways. The breakfasts were warm, plenty of choices, and well cooked. The room was spacious, a full kitchen was fully stocked! The view was spectacular. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were 10 min from attractions, events, and walmart. The college crowd frat boys left beer cans that the wind blew into the pool along with snack trash, but thats spring break and not the hotel. My ONLY complaint is the bed sheets. The beds have NO thick blankets, the sheets are paper thin. We turned the heat up and I bring it up so people know and can bring blankets if they need to, this hotel is really amazing and our 1yr anniversary vacation was a great experience. They even have a rooftop pool and hot tub.

The breakfast was great. But rooms were not the best our first room had rust all on the outside of the fridge, dresser leg was broken and all tables were very worn. The pools were nice. I do wish the indoor pool was completely covered, the kiddie pool was out of service so that didn’t help considering we had two small kids. The staff was great and accommodated us when our first room wasn’t up to standards. Our second room was a lot better.

The stay was nice, but our last morning was frustrating. After breakfast we couldn’t get back into our room. My boyfriend had to go down to the front desk twice..the first time they reset the same key, which still didn’t work. The second time they gave him a new key, which finally worked. It took so long because we were on a very high floor and the elevators kept stopping on multiple floors. I ended up standing outside our room for 25 minutes on a high floor while he went back and forth. I had to quickly pack and shower in 30 minutes to avoid being charged for overstaying. Other than that, room was nice.

Great view, nice room...not much water pressure in bathroom sink, but the shower and everywhere else was great. Staff was cool - the breakfast was just awesome to have as an option. All in all - we had a really nice few days stay. Thanks!

Breakfast was great, the room was fabulous, and the ocean view breathtakinglybeautiful!! However, a couple of the pools were shut down, there was major construction on the beach with noisy machinery all through night, there was a weird buzzing coming from the ceiling, and too many nousy college kids...

First room we were given had a broken toilet and the flushing lever was sitting outside of the toilet. Clearly broken. We were given another room and it was Filthy. The walls were disgusting, and needed washed (boogers, toothpaste, mystery stains). Floors were dirty and had crumb and debris. One headboard had kiss marks smeared on it and the bedding was stained. The other headboard had brown stains on wood. The doors and furniture looked like it had been in a flood and badly needed replaced. We needed the Murphy bed as well and there were no additional blankets so we used towels. The shower had obviously not been cleaned as there was residue from the bar soap, in the shape of the bar stuck to the tub. It was all too late to deal with that night but we checked out the next morning and had to find somewhere else to stay. Overall everything was stained, outdated, and generally felt sticky/unclean. We will not be back and I absolutely do not recommend.
