「Pleasant staff, rooms were clean just in need of some repair this was our third time here and I would stay again.」

「The staff at the reception desk had everything ready for us when we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did not use the pools or hot tubs but they were in use constantly for the week we were there. The area was always neat and clean. The room was exactly as shown and we had a great view of the ocean and beach from the 14th floor. I would book Bay Watch again without hesitation.」

「The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer.」

「Loved the condo off the beach Great view. No beach towels Only 1 dish towel No Kleenex Nothing wrote down on what to do when you leave. Put one of parking pass under door. Check out was ten. The door was locked at 10:01 So we could not put p. pass on fridge We enjoyed our vacation and would come back.」
