「Jack, the young man who did the valet parking for me, was awesome. I give him 5 stars.」

「Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

「Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.」

「Room was clean and big. Love the ocean view with the balcony .」

「Great staff, room was clean. Nothing negative to say and would return」

Nobody answered the phone, and I was forced to find emergency accommodations...

「No hot water low floor not ocean view should have a place to smoke besides the street stove not working door lock a pain to work patio door to heavy」

「Nice staff」

「This hotel on Expedia was misleading. It said "on the beach", but it was across the street. It also was part of Caravell resorts and that was not mentioned. The picture on Expedia is part of the resort that is on the beach, but the St. John's Inn is a 3 story gray building. The only picture that was correct was the room picture. The room smelled of chlorine or some sort of strong cleaner, had flaking paint on the walls, and the bathroom doorknob was not secure. Stay was acceptable, but...
