「We stayed in a three bedroom townhouse. There was a bathroom for each bedroom. It had the hardwood floors, not carpet!! We had our grands and they loved it also. My daughter says we will definitely come back!!! Loved it!!!」

「Please with the hotel room, bathroom was small but clean, loved the balcony, pool & hot tub. Have stayed twice before. Like the secured property!」

「We booked on Expedia, and upon checkout had a bill of $62.50. This was for resort fees and self parking. The hotel was also older and could use some renovations.」

「My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. 」

「The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds are amazing to sleep in. We all slept very well. The security was micromanaging my brown children versus the "other" children. Even other travelers that were adults did not understand. He literally stood over my children while they swam. For this, I will not be back.」

「Unfortunately it took us over an hour past our check in time to actually get set up in a room, check in is 4pm and they said our room was not ready yet and will call us, it was around 5pm we got a call, not really anywhere to change if you were going to hang around to wait for check in. The room was okay, beds were not that comfortable. The pool is small and the water park and lazy river are in a different area than where we were staying. Good if you have small kids, we don’t. We made the best...

「The location was great for the price with a nice view and easy access to the beach. However, the property was not maintained well. The outside of the building was very off-putting upon arrival. The elevator was incredibly hot, slow, and noisy. The inside of the room had very visible damage on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom door had no lock and a huge gap when you shut it all the way. The closet door had to be forced open and kept getting caught on another cabinet door that wouldn't close...
