Breakfast could be elevated a bit as well as food in general. Bacon on the buffet limited to Wednesdays and Fridays, that’s funny. Personnel in buffet and restaurants and everywhere were very attentive and friendly. Overall we liked our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Checking in was easy. However the young lady checking us in was eating the entire check in. I found that to be A little unprofessional. All in all I would recommend the stay. Hotel was clean and had beautiful views.

I appreciated the breakfast daily well done. Would have been nice to see more security on the ocean side of board walks lots of panhandlers that made families uncomfortable. Cockroaches on the 2nd floor outer deck overlooking the pool and furniture in disrepair. The staff was amazing!

The only good thing about this place was its room was great. Great location. But the hotel itself shared its facilities with its neighboring hotels so it got sooo busy, rowdy kids jumping, diving and making noise in the pool areas. The pool area is not kept well,no staff around during the day at all. So it gets dirty, cockroaches floating in the pool. You can’t see the water well due to how cloudy dirty it gets. It’s not at all worth the price. Very disappointed

Very busy and for the most part accommodating. We stayed on 24th floor and they didn’t have any carts when checkin out. Had to carry a bunch of stuff across the street which was a little much after paying the price to stay there

They have bad communication, called at 3 am when we were all dead asleep and didnt really say why. I had to go downstairs to find out their system said we had set off the fire alarm but we were asleep and heard nothing. However our neigbors had smoked their entire visit and staff didnt seem to care much about fixing that. But were happy to apologize.
