「Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.」

「This is the second time we have stayed at the Grand Dunes. We were there one year ago, liked the property and returned this year. It had an old time style from the lobby to the rooms. This year we found the room to be quite neglected. The items we noted were as follows: The shower door would not close and had about a 6" gap. The iron had the pointed end broken completely off. 「The rooms are privately owned, and the hotel is nice, but the rooms are outdated. They were clean but need to be upgraded. We booked 17 rooms for a party, and all of our guests had complaints about the rooms. They had to change several rooms. For the price, I would stay at a different hotel when we go back next year.」

「This was our first time here. It was my wide and me plus our daughter and 3 year old grandson. The property was wonderful. Things we loved: 1. So close to the beach with great beach access 2. Amenities: The waterpark, the indoor poor, the arcade, and the outdoor pool 3. Friendly staff 4. Onsite restaurant has very good breakfast. 5. Clean, spacious rooms. 「The resort was great - pool and beach are awesome - slides are fun. Our actual condo unit needs work. Brighton 707. Washer dryer - washer sounds like a rocket ship taking off when it runs, and the dryer burnt a bunch of clothes. Kitchen was very poorly stocked. No baking wear at all - not even a cookie sheet. Floors were very dirty and turned feet black - so needs to be cleaned better.」
