「I stayed at this resort (July 2025), and it was wonderful. I requested a top floor and the receptionist was able to accommodate me last minute. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are amazing they are recently updated and had a washer/dryer and provided all the necessary amenities such as detergent, broom, mop, vacuum to keep the room clean. 「Stayed in King room, bed was comfortable but pillows were only adequate need to be replaced. Room was clean, bathroom could have been touched up better but I always bring my own cleaning supplies so not a big deal. Front desk/housekeeping staff very polite, addressed needs efficiently. Hotel/elevator was clean. Breakfast was basic but ok consistent everyday I was there (4 days). This was my second stay here and I came back because of the cleanliness, its quiet, and only 5 minutes from the beach.」

「The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...
