「Excellent place and location to stay!」

「The breakfast left much to be desired. Prepared foods are nice, but some of them when reconstituted were not all that good. In addition, the air conditioner in room 209 did not always work. It would shut off in the middle of the night, leaving the room, very stale」

「Our oceanfront king room was great! The pool area was amazing and the staff is so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. This was my second time there and I will definitely go again!」

「Staff was excellent. Complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. Room not that clean. We found a hair in our shower. Only one hand towel and no coffee cups nor plastic drinking cups.」

「The parking lot was a block and a half from the resort, which was not mentioned on the site. I am handicapped and this made it very difficult to get to and from our vehicle」

「The grounds, hotel and pool area were great! Staff was very friend and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was a bonus. Cleanliness needs a little work, food was left in the elevator lobby on my floor for 2+ days on a table in plain sight. Other than that, I would go back.」

「Great ocean view」

「We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.」

「We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I did like that they gave you a choice of different types of pillows. The shower however was a joke. The shower head was so low my husband had to bend down to get under it I am 5'4 and I barley fit under it as well. There was NO shower pressure at all. The a/c unit was extremely loud which was a good thing because it drowned out the noise of people partying in the parking lot. Breakfast was decent...

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
