「We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. 「There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Had to walk to another building through the side parking lot. This entrance was secured with a key card which eased the concern. 「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
