「Room was clean. The lobby is renovated, which gives a great first impression when arriving. The location is quiet at night and right next to the mall, making it easy to walk over and go shopping. Would stay here again.」

「The room was clean when we got there, the staff was amazing and very helpful, breakfast was as good as hotel breakfast is, parking was plentiful, our only issue the entire stay was our key kept disconnecting from the door so we’d have to go down and get it reconnected it was annoying but the staff was very helpful in getting it fixed each time」

「I had an overall good stay, it was very nice and quiet. The hotel is old and can use some upgrades, but not terrible. I also wish the microwave was in the room instead of in the hallway, that wasn't very convenient. Front desk staff was very helpful and nice.」

「Everything was fine. My only issue is there is no private WiFi. So you can’t cast to the tv and there’s no way to watch movie apps on the tv. So we were only able to watch basic cable channels or videos on our phone but they were lagging.」

「We have stayed at the Springhill suites twice now and would never go anywhere else. The breakfast is amazing rooms are great staff is the nicest ever. It is in a great location and makes our stay in Myrtle beach the best.」
