"The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom cabinets were apparently under construction, faucet was loose, appears to be undergoing renovation."

"The hotel itself was decent, and the room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in Building 2. However, the area outside the hotel felt a bit isolated, and I noticed several people from Building 1 standing outside smoking, which made me feel somewhat uncomfortable, especially at night. The complimentary breakfast was average. There were enough options to get by, but the quality and variety weren't particularly impressive."

"The property and room were excellent. Clean, well appointed. The issue with the property was the staff and amenities. Online indicated check in is at 3pm.We arrived slightly before that but noticed a sign in the lobby stated check in was at 4pm, not 3pm. I was still permitted to check in, however my room was not yet ready. I was told it would be placed first on the list of rooms to be cleaned next and to give them 30-40 minutes. I was asked for my phone number and assured I would be called when...

"Even though I had a reservation there were no available rooms and I guess it was for the better since this is the worst, most rundown motel I have ever seen in my life and Im from the projects of Detroit. "

"They refused my ESA saying that they only allow service even though I had my paperwork and license for my animal at time of check -in. They refused check in and a refund. They should have been more specific about their policy"
