"Smelled so bad like stale smoke bathroom was dirty fridge was rusty curtains were broke called front seat they said there is nothing they can as there is only 1 other room that is going to Smokey as it’s between 2 sampling room Woke up at 6 am to a lady knock ing on my door asking for cigarettes"

"Fabulous place to stay. Huge room, clean, quiet, great location and wonderful breakfast. Oh, and the staff is exceptional!"

"For the price this place was not worth it. Very old hotel. The bathroom needed work, specifically the tub. There was a big stain on the ceiling in the room. In the breakfast common area the seats were falling apart. All in all this place was raggedy. Don't waste your money. "

"Fairfield inn and suites was literally the nices, cleanest and quietest hotel that we have ever stayed in, in the United States. The breakfast was delightful as well. I compare it to the Euro Building hotel in Ecuador which was the finest place that I have ever layed my head. Worth every penny spent!! I will definitely be returning to Fairfield hotel during my future trips to the area. Thanks for a great nights sleep!"

"Breakfast options were decent. Only suggestion would be some fresh fruit. Room was amazing. Had good wi-fi and staff was friendly and helpful. Minor suggestions...a TV channel guide and a flyer with close by restaurants, coffee shops, etc...Stayed here for 3 nights and would stay again. Definitely recommend."

"The rooms are clean and have good AC. Unfortunately all the bedding and towels smelled like old smoke. The hotel is non smoking. The room doesn’t smell like smoke. But when you get in bed the pillows smelled like old cigarettes and when you dry off your towels smell like cigarettes. I don’t know if the house keeping are all smoking while doing laundry or what but not exactly the smell you want on your clean body. I also had a room next to the elevator and ended waking up early than I wanted to because I could hear people talking and the ding of the elevator each time someone got on."

"When we got to the room the door that went straight out to the street from the room was open. Anyone from the street could have walked in the room. We could not get it to close and stay close and we could not get it to lock. I called and emailed the property manager. Who did get back in touch with me after I had got someone off the street to help me. I had to go outside on the street and get a stranger to lift the door up, and I had to pull on it from the inside to get it to lock. I was not happy that our room was not secure before we got there"
