"If your thinking its a 5 star hotel this isnt the place for you. Could the rooms been a bit cleaner? Yes a bit more updated? Yes. But for the money my kids had an absolute blast. Workers there were great, room service was awesome and the beach was perfect. Will 100% be back "

"Hotel was amazing, however… They were working on the beach. All night all we heard was the beeping from the bulldozers. It would have been nice to know the beach was closed off in the area behind the hotel. Otherwise the hotel was great (minus the no sleep). "

"Love staying in the tower... but the Jamican is old and many things don't work - Shower was week. Door had to be slammed to close. no hairdryer in the room, etc..."

"We have stay at the Yatchsman several times. It is very dated and it was noisy due to it's proximity to the large restaurant/bar next door. There was also a lot of noise from the street. Maybe we are just older and don't appreciate the night life like we used to. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Constant smell of cigarette smoke (and other smokable things), couldn’t even enjoy the balcony, broken doorknob on a door that wouldn’t shut, no towel/trash service, broken elevators - sometimes 3 out of the four. Checked out two days early, didn’t even care if we got refunded that’s how bad it was. "

"Great place to go and relax at. They have a lot of awesome pools. Like 6 pools, 3 inside and 3 outside. That includes 2 hot tubs. Also it's just a walk to the beach. Lots of shopping place to go to, also just a walk away."

"Everything was great. The only not great thing would be the onsite dinning/restaurants. They were not that great for the amount of money we paid to eat. The pool area was good. My 3 year old loved the splash pad. My 13 and 9 year old enjoyed the lazy river and slides. It was very clean. It was easy to get to the beach and everyone was really nice. "
