「The man who checked us in was incredibly rude. We felt very unsafe. At 11:30 pm someone was repeatedly knocking on our door asking us if his wallet was in our room. The fridge, sink and shower were in poor shape. The two little cloths they provide could not be called bath towels. It was our worst motel experience. 」

「We reserved a 2 queen bed room with frig & microwave. Told on arrival there wasnt one. After protest, were moved to another room with them. Uh-huh. The microwave and frig were obviously years old with mold on frig seals, missing drink bars replaced with string, rusty, awful looking. The room we stayed in was @ back of hotel by woods; on multiple trips from car to room an unhoused man repeatedly panhandled us up close & personal. 「The room didn't appear especially clean. There were stains on the comforter and a few on the sheets, but nothing that seemed new. Just permanently stained. Fan cover in the bathroom ceiling was missing and cracks in the ceiling. Air conditioner was working. Although the room did seem warm. Overall, it wasn't terrible just not completely updated.」

「We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.」
