「We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. (The ladies at the desk the next morning were very nice - which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one). When we got to our room, it was not very clean and was in poor repair. (See photos). 「Was unable to contact the front desk to advise of late check in - I was given an email address to contact a manager and I never received a response. When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. 」

「Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that」

「The room was a lot smaller than expected. The description said it was a double wide bed, but personally seemed like just a double bed. The fridge did not work and kept nothing cold, although it was plugged in. There was no shower curtain so water got everywhere with taking a shower which is crazy as a shower curtain is not expensive. The front desk person was nice but told us there was parking in the front, back, and side. When we went to park in the back, we got yelled at by 2 cleaning ladies...

「The building is very old and run down. The door to the room barely closed, and the AC unit was outdated. Only one person could shower at a time—if you tried to shower after someone else, there was no hot water. The room smelled musty. The only good thing was that the staff was pleasant.」
