「Iit was very clean staff was very nice and helpful would stay again」

「Great service from check-in to check-out (and everything during our stay). Breakfast was wonderful, a nice variety from warm food to fresh fruit and juice. Clean all the way around, inside, outside, hallways, rooms, and lobby. I recommend this location for anyone visiting the area.」

「We had 2 rooms. One of them the door didn’t lock. Only found out the next morning when I just pushed it open. It took them the day to figure x it. I had to put our stuff into the other room. The parking lot had giant crater pot holes. It was treacherous driving through it. It’s our last stay here.」

「The man who checked us in was incredibly rude. We felt very unsafe. At 11:30 pm someone was repeatedly knocking on our door asking us if his wallet was in our room. The fridge, sink and shower were in poor shape. The two little cloths they provide could not be called bath towels. It was our worst motel experience. 」

「We reserved a 2 queen bed room with frig & microwave. Told on arrival there wasnt one. After protest, were moved to another room with them. Uh-huh. The microwave and frig were obviously years old with mold on frig seals, missing drink bars replaced with string, rusty, awful looking. The room we stayed in was @ back of hotel by woods; on multiple trips from car to room an unhoused man repeatedly panhandled us up close & personal. 「Staff very courteous, breakfast left a little to be desired, I think someone should have noticed the dead bird in the pool, the handle on the shower door is about to fall off, facility is close to alot of tourist attractions good value for the money」

「The lady at the front desk was very rude. The elevator was very janky. Our sink was broken. I asked them twice to fix it and they didn’t so it flooded and ruined my clothes. So we left early. No one will give me my money back did the night we didn’t use or compensate me for the clothes that have been ruined.」

「The room was very clean and well kept ., the staff was friendly, the shower needed work it was not very strong. They definitely need to improve their handicap accessibility I couldn't get out of the building without help they don't have an automatic door for wheelchairs 」

「Staff were full of attitudes. I was not provided any hospitality or housekeeping services . I called for blanket and was told I could pick them up at the front desk. Typically when I go to hotels, it would be delivered. I had to ask about the trash being removed from the rooms and fresh towels. I was told to put them outside my room and they would be picked up. Hours went by before the towel was picked up and trash removed from in our door. I hated the carpet in the rooms. If you don’t care...
