「The room smelled there was dust all over walls and they cleaned once while there not very nice not very happy with the stay at all」

「Air conditioning did not work in the lobby and hallway area, only in the room. Light fixture and fire alarm systems not working. Place is outdated.」

「The kitchen in suite provided on the website is an older photo. Everything about the hotel was outdated. The walls and baseboards inside the rooms and outside the halls were filthy! There was some “white substance” in the cracks and along the tub I’m assuming to capture insects. The place was a dump for the price of one night! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!」

「The hotel was awesome! Stayed an entire week due to complications with our RV. The hotel was very clean, served breakfast in the morning, provided for any needs, and allowed our pet to stay. The stay was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying there for anyone traveling or just getting away.」

「People should know that it is a remote registration hotel. There is no on-site front desk. But it works pretty well.」

「The hotel was ok. The bathrooms were excellent. However the rest is old. The carpets were severely stained. But it had signs in the lobby stating a renovation was coming. So that's great because it is in need of a renovation. For the amount they charge for the resort fee. It should definitely have more to do when you walk around the hotel or in the hotel. A bigger tv would be nice for the amount of money, and more tv channels.」

「Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place...

「Room cleaning was good, pool was good, servers by the pool were friendly. The restaurants food is ok at best and priced like a Michelin star restaurants. Don’t get the pizza.」

「The room was clean, the view was beautiful, and everything else met our expectations. The only downside was the pool area. It felt very cramped, with very little space to walk around, and at times it seemed like a bit of a safety hazard because of how tight everything was. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. Still prefer the enclave to this location as it’s closer to boardwalk and the pool is much nicer.」
