「Staff is super friendly. Pool and spa were amazing, clean and well maintained. Room was clean and well stocked. Love the snacks provided were an awesome amenity added to our room. 」

「The staff was excellent VERY friendly and helpful…enjoyed the breakfast,( might want to add some more fruit to the menu) ….however the phone system to call down to the front desk was not working for 3 days. If you needed something you had to literally go down to the front desk. And the most disappointing thing was the pool and hot tube was not working. This is one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel. To use the pool and relax by the pool side.. No one was permit in the pool area....

「This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me....

「Myrtle Beach ist einfach ein Ort mit vielen , zu vielen Hotels. Am Hotel angekommen- um 18.30 Uhr - war unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Wir bekamen dann ein anderes gleichwertiges zugewiesen. Dies hat sehr lange gedauert. Das Hotel ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen und hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber die Türe zum Balkon konnte man nicht ganz schließen. Diese war dann nur durch einen Eisenhaken gesichert. Am Abreisemorgen konnten wir den Auszug nicht benutzen,...

「Breakfast times were limited due to hotel policy, but luckily we were the PM wave.(here for volleyball tournament) We did enjoy the location and ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. We did mean to try the restaurant right beside the hotel but did not have time. 」
