「The lady at the front desk was very rude. The elevator was very janky. Our sink was broken. I asked them twice to fix it and they didn’t so it flooded and ruined my clothes. So we left early. No one will give me my money back did the night we didn’t use or compensate me for the clothes that have been ruined.」

「The room was very clean and well kept ., the staff was friendly, the shower needed work it was not very strong. They definitely need to improve their handicap accessibility I couldn't get out of the building without help they don't have an automatic door for wheelchairs 」

「The hotel is very run down, but, one of the few that is pet friendly. We just wanted a quick beach getaway.. upon entering the bathroom, there was a huge dead cockroach and what looked like mouse turds… I cleaned that up…. The gal at the front desk was awesome.. did not get her name.. but the whole place smelled like pot… Would I stay there again, only in an emergency.」

「I wish they would let you know in the ad or somewhere that the entire building is under renovation. Parking deck was closed we had to park and walk 1/2 mile to get to the room. Two ppl got stuck on the elevator when I got there one was just finally getting let off after being stuck. I chose this hotel because of location to the beach and THE LAZY RIVER THAT WAS CLOSED! The elevator was scary we used it once after they “fixed it”. That’s after taking the steps over and over to the fifth floor. If...

「The room was literally falling apart. Stained. Stuff leftover from pervious guests like ashes, crumbs and a powder on the dresser and side table, booger on the top of the bed rail, shoe prints on the end of the bed and doors. Would not recommend. We didnt say anything because we were just grateful to be going on a trip and I guess got what we paid for. I will be calling the property and sending them pictures tho.」
