Locks do not work seen several people just opening hotel room no key needed . Gave me a room number, went and go the key and someone was in my room !!! Pool green ! It walks out to the beach which is a bonus and the area was good !

Something was leaking from the ceiling and was all over the towels in the bathroom. Dead bugs in the room. People were shooting up in the laundry room. Told them were were not staying and they tried to give us another room and refused to give a refund. Will never stay there ever and would not recommend for anyone.

Didn't send room info until I called several times. Said he did and hung up. Had to called back several times.Toilet seat nasty looking. Tub nasty looking. Blanket has brown spot on it. Killed a big water bug. Windows dirty looking. Could not turn air down or off. No trash can. Stairs need to be repaired. Would not want to stay here again. Location was perfect

Room was dirty , had a smell there was stain on the sheets like they have bed bugs, door used a code an could not be locked from inside , blind was broke . Had to leave an they refuse to refund and the third party just giving me a run around.

As Disabed people we were stuck on a 3rd floor with no elevator plus a toddler and young child. It was an extremely difficult weekend getaway with our grandchildren.

Extremely Disappointed — Poor Cleanliness and Unsafe Conditions I rarely leave reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was unacceptable. The comforter on my bed was burnt, which is both unsanitary and unprofessional. I was shocked that something so visibly damaged was still placed in a guest room. In addition, the stairwells and common areas were dirty, and trash was overflowing throughout the property. It gave the entire place a neglected and poorly managed feel. This is not the experience I expected or paid for. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness and quality control issues immediately. I will not be returning and don’t recommend this hotel.

Online check in was not so good. The room’s electronic keypad had dead batteries so I had to message check in group and get more instructions on how to enter the room. Once inside room was ok, A/C worked great! The pool at the property was in poor condition and was very dirty when we went to swim. We decided against it and waited for pool cleaning people to clean things up. There was no shade poolside and no umbrellas for tables. There were also broken pool chairs lying around on the pool deck area.

Pros: great location and easy access to beach. Hotel has warning that parking is limited, but we were able to park right at our room for both nights we stayed. Beds were decently comfortable. Appliances in room had cute retro vibe. Had DVR and good quality tv in room which was nice for the kids. Cons: Not as clean as I was hoping for, but you get what you pay for. Found a few dead roaches around the room, but no signs of bedbugs or live bugs. No front desk so there are no workers on site, which lead to people being rowdy and partying at night. Never felt unsafe while I was there, but it was hard to sleep at night due to the noise. Pool was very dirty which was disappointing as I had kids excited to swim in it. The floor and sides of pool were slimy and green. No elevator access, so if you’re assigned to the 2nd or 3rd floor you have to climb at least 2 sets of stairs but they warn about that. Overall, it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. If I didn’t have the extra money to spend on something nicer next time we’re visiting then I could stay there again, but I’d prefer better.

Terrible bed and Flush was not working. Reported to staff on phone and message but no help offered. Only assistance I got was a message that someone would attend to the issue in the morning, knowing that we are checking out next morning. Felt bad that they didn't offer other room atleast when complained about flush not working.
