「Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.」

「My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. 」

「The location was great for the price with a nice view and easy access to the beach. However, the property was not maintained well. The outside of the building was very off-putting upon arrival. The elevator was incredibly hot, slow, and noisy. The inside of the room had very visible damage on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom door had no lock and a huge gap when you shut it all the way. The closet door had to be forced open and kept getting caught on another cabinet door that wouldn't close...

「Unfortunately it took us over an hour past our check in time to actually get set up in a room, check in is 4pm and they said our room was not ready yet and will call us, it was around 5pm we got a call, not really anywhere to change if you were going to hang around to wait for check in. The room was okay, beds were not that comfortable. The pool is small and the water park and lazy river are in a different area than where we were staying. Good if you have small kids, we don’t. We made the best...

「Stayed at section called the Villas; the parking garage is horrible. There are no signs directing people to the elevators; you had to walk down a floor after you parked to even find one. Only one elevator was working. The hallways were dark. We will not stay again.」

「Staff was great. Rooms are all independently owned so you never know what you will get. This unit still had carpet and was just a little musty.」

「We loved the ocean view and the area around it. We also loved the short walk to the beach! Rooms were a lil sandy but that's to be expected. Tammy was great with fast replies!」
