"Worst experience I’ve ever had and what’s worse is that after calling and making several complaints we left after one night. They never offered to refund any of the money I spent to stay at this dive! The pool was green so I would never have let my kids swim in it and the floor of the room was sticky and gross! The noise was out of control! There is NO ONE on site to manage any situations that may arise! They need to permanently close this hotel and use the area for parking! If they truly cared about making their paying customers happy they would have tried to compensate me for the nights I wasn’t staying!"

"1. Room key did not unlock the door. Directions to the room were not given. Had to return to the desk to have the room key reprogrammed. 2. Toilet tank- flap broken on 1st flush. Water running. 3. Room safe- non functioning. Maintenence reprogrammed it and repaired the toilet. He was kind, polite, and repaired what was needed quickly. 4. The 2 The breakfast was fine. One could pick from what was available. The french toast sticks were deep fried & greasy. Room was mediocre. Mold on shower edges, sliding glass door needed WD40. Was VERY difficult to slide open. Needed to pull hard with both hands."

"There was a double digit code to access my room. On top of this, the numbers on the keypad would stick. I had to call to get in 4 times in 3 nights. Very frustrating considering the room itself was very nice"

"This is the only property we stay at when visiting myrtle beach.clean rooms great restraunt and bar. Rooms are always clean pools lazy river really good buffalo chicken pizza at the pool cafe laundry facilitys and right on the beach ,away from the crazy downtown scene. We love it so much we are considering buying a condo here."

"The jacuzzi when used spit out some dark spot and I needed to restart the water. Some fixtures were broken or lose but the service and response of the staff was awesome. We think however that house keeping came in while we were sleeping and dropped off towels which was very strange. I would stay there again but in the newer building. Distance to the awesome finning was great and beach access was great!"

"They need to clean room better mop floors and change the sheets on the bed. Also telephone was not working engineers department have a quick response time and very professional Thanks Ed for try to help me get bedding sheets and mattress covers changes. "
