"Second time staying, pricing is in line with what you get. Building is dated, furniture in the room shows a lot of wear. Bathroom dated but great water pressure. Easy access to the beach, lots of outdoor and indoor pool options. There is a convenience store across the street which is nice since there isn’t a restaurant or bar on the property. Overall, you get what you pay for, no frills but it’s safe and cleaner than a lot of other places. "

"Very clean room. Newly renovated. Excellent Bathroom. Had an air leak at top of air conditioner...I put a hand towel on top of it. No ice on property and nothing but steps to go up or down. Great room for the price. Check in and check out was easy and they went far above to be friendly. "

"The light was out by our door. The elevator could have been a little cleaner. We loved the oceanfront view from two different rooms and were able to watch the sun come up on the water from our room! We also loved the apartment-style room. Felt cozy!"

"The room was clean and simple. Bathroom was clean but super tiny, not a whole lot of surface area to unpack while getting ready. Plenty of towels were in the room. A mini fridge and microwave provided. The tv was decently sized and was a smart tv so you can sign into your apps and watch your favorite streaming apps. Door has a code to enter/unlock which is given to you via message/email when you pay the security deposit. I also wasn’t aware that the couch in the double queen room was a pull out...
