Congress Plaza Hotel
Front desk staffs not very welcoming, no one greeted us or smiled at check in. Front hotel lobby smelled highly strong of smoke and weed. No basic amenities such as lotion. Our room door looked like a previous guest had a fight and kicked the door out (made us feel not safe). Hot water was NOT HOT ...
