「Great location and rooms are updated and beautiful, great pool area and walking distance from everywhere!!!」

「Room was clean and staff was helpful. Not so good was one day one of the 5 pools heater was not working well and was 78 not 87. And the hot tubs indoors were in need of cleaning. Beach view was great and fold out couch was nice. Also they do not provide any beach chairs or towels even though you see them in the picture the chairs are from the city and the lifeguard charges $65 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. Also no vallet parking which is a pain.」

「This was NOT a family friendly environment. I did not know there was a bar at the pool. My daughter is Autistic and it's was so noisy and we didn't feel comfortable swimming while people drank. I would not recommend staying on the North side during Spring Break. Even though the downtown Ferris wheel and shops was about 7 minutes walk. It's was so busy we couldn't walk on the sidewalk. It was to rowdy and people walking all over you. The only place we could eat was at the hotel restaurant. We...

「I love having my own space, especially with my dog. They were okay with her barking during the day and when I would stay at the resorts they would call or text me to come get her even though she was doing what dogs do. The staff were very sweet and got us anything we needed. The cottages do not have an ocean view but it is one block from it. The only thing that frustrated me were the televisions. There were 2 remotes for each TV and we never could figure out the living room TV. Even with help!」
