Besides, not having the gym anymore, me and my two children we enjoyed ourselves here at Ocean one resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very cool. Well very hated and a cool way. The location was pristine and the beach was always fun day and day out. We stayed the whole week of spring break and enjoyed every little moment, I will definitely do it again. My kids actually look forward to doing it again.

Parking was free across the street, Rooms could use updated some - No plug for the bath tubs, jets did not work, low shower pressure. AC was cold! Water was hot!

They are remodeling but the price is still the same. We had a room that was in process of remodeling so there were tvs in the closet, switches that didn’t work, remotes that didn't work, and the furniture was worn and nasty. I expected better

The room was very nasty i been trying to get something to clean and never received anything nobody ever came Nuttin to wash dishes or anything the couches was ripped all the crap and the stover had the smoke detector going off like crazy

We had a great view of the ocean. We loved our room only minor issue is it was dusty, only other issue is with a hotel that size we thought it would have had a restaurant in it.

The place is a dump. Staff were nice. Proximity to beach is great. The rest is putrid. Holes in the furniture. Holes in the walls. The hvac filter hadn’t been changed in quite some time. The main tv didn’t work. It’s a dump but it has a beautiful beach.

You need to press a button from inside small lobby area to get outside by the pool entrance; buttons on both sides were broken, hanging off with exposed wiring. Elevators were very slow and outdated, leaving guests with significant wait times. We stayed in room 906, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean-but kitchen and main living area was HORRIBLE. There was an odor of wet dog or mildew that had us spraying febreeze throughout our stay. Cabinets dirty and falling off hinges, carpet torn and moldy, no light fixture in living room (had to get lamp out of master bedroom, but then the lamp didn’t work), no trash bin (even after calling and asking for one), no remote for tv in master, missing light switch to turn off light in dining area (had to manually unscrew the bulb to turn off), amongst other things. When we went to the reception office the second day to complain, we were told they aren’t responsible for the units-they are only the rental company.

We got a room on the 18th floor when we went in the room, it was very disgusting. It was dirty. It was hair on the wall. It was blood in the toilet. The furniture was disgusting so they gave me a room on the 10th floor. It was much better than the 18th floor, but overall the rooms are horrible. They need to upgrade. I was very disappointed in ocean one this is not my first time staying there.

The refrigerator toaster and coffee maker all had black mode on them. There was no linens for the Murphy bed. There was no chords on the phone so I couldn’t call the front desk. I had to walk all the way over there. The dishwasher is in disrepair. The bathtub didn’t drain properly. The whole room needs to be repainted and redone. Both TV remotes did not work properly when I had acid coming out of the batteries. Really wish I could get a refund. I will never stay there again.

I attempted to use the dryer in the unit and discovered the dryer door is physically sealed and cannot be opened. This indicates the dryer was intentionally unavailable, despite the unit being advertised as having a washer and dryer. Please advise how this will be resolved immediately, including compensation for the missing advertised amenity.

WE stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront condo directly on the ocean with great views! The room was outstanding, we had a king bed with all glass front facing the water and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Lots of space! We really enjoyed our living room with separate patio and view of the ocean daily. The unit had a washer and dryer so we were able to wash clothes during our stay. We felt safe on the 9th floor and everyone was friendly! The pool and hot tub was great! I look forward to staying there again. Thank you to the front office for taking great care of us.
