"This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The atmosphere was relaxing and awesome. They had daily activities. The staff was respectful and welcoming. Hands down the best experience ever. Now all other hotels will not be able to compare to the Sheraton Vistana Resort."

"The unit we had was absolutely filthy! Giant tubs in resorts are always gross but the one in the master bedroom made the entire unit smell like mold. The water park wasn’t included in the price so beware!! The water slides that my kids could ride were not working and they weren’t allowed on the ones in the bucket area because they were too big. They had only 5 tubes available for the lazy river. "

"When we got to our room, it was hot. I realized the AC was not on. I’ve never gotten into a room in the air conditioning was off other than that. Everything was great. I did not have the breakfast cause I did not know they had breakfast."

"I booked 4 months in advance and asked for a room with a balcony, away from kids. I got a room without a balcony next to kids. The kids were slamming doors at 6am each day. A drunk man was banging on our door at 3am and we were woken on Friday morning by the emergency smoke alarm and had to evacuate. We were on our Honeymoon and had an bad experience here. Don't ask for anything special...because it will not be honored."
