You can hear every noise in the rooms. Every door close and people walking above your heads at night. The place is overrated for sure by others and there is no free coffee in the morning, they charge you $3.50 for a cup of machine coffee. Ridiculous

This place was okay. A bit dated, but our room was clean. The coffee maker didn't work and we didn't have blackout blinds on the windows, but I didn't complain about it. The area has some fast-food places, and we enjoyed the Applebees. It's not a very walkable area, however. If you're on a strict budget, this place is fine. I found the staff to be quite pleasant. Note: the 5pm shuttle to Disney Springs took an hour as it goes to many, many hotels. The 8pm shuttle back took 10 minutes.

Stayed here for three days and it was a great experience. It was also very convenient having an Applebee's there, that was connected to the first floor of the hotel. We only stayed for one night so I don’t feel like I can judge it properly: but the staff was super friendly and helpful. In the rooms the black out blinds have seen better days and need to be replaced. The plugs in the lamps did not work to charge our phones or electronics (first world problems). Staff very friendly, rooms are good! Couldn’t ask for a closer stay to Disney if you were looking for something off property. The parks are right there and they have a transport shuttle in the morning.
