「Did not like the slight smell of urine upon entering bathroom for the first time. Low on shower gel which didn't lather well. Bathroom door had water damage and needs replacing. Wood trim on desk and dresser was tacky (sticky). Murphy's wood soap would take care of that. Ice machine on 3rd floor where we were was out of order. Staff, however, was amazing!」

「We stayed one night and enjoyed this hotel. The lady who checked us in (8/7/26) was very sweet and helpful. Only complaint is I could not get her to speak up, even after telling her I was severely hearing impaired, even with my devices. That was frustrating. She was running around cleaning the floors and keeping everything neat, in-between check-ins (we sat downstairs to play cards). Our room was clean, shower was nice and beds were very comfy. 「Richie at the front desk is the best. We arrived a day early and he found a way to accommodate us even though they were fully booked. The lady at the breakfast area was incredible. She keeps everything so clean and organized. Looking forward to booking again.」
