"The rooms were very very poor and need updating. Our room had crumbs on the floor and someone’s dirty rag hanging over the shower curtain. We got there 3 am and was so tired, the key would not work at first. It rained so hard one night and water came into our room and soaked some of our stuff. The pool area and hottub area is very nice as well as the lobby area which was the only plus."

"Staff were argumentative / uninterested in providing customer support. Requested from Madison a receipt at end of trip and got told there would be no need to have a receipt as there were no charges. But I wanted a receipt to confirm such. Had to argue with her that it is my perogative to have a receipt... "

"Cabana Bay is a great choice for a value resort. Theming was the perfect vibe. We loved that you could walk easily to the main parks and city walk. Food was typical for a place like this, but the staff were outstanding, especially at check in and the pool bars. We loved the larger room option and room amenities. "
