"Staff was great. Rooms are very clean. Rooms could use a little bit of maintenance. Our room was missing a picture over the desk that was clearly knocked down. Didn't effect the quality of the room, just little things that need to be done."

"The staff are friendly and helpful. During a recent move, we have had to bounce around to different hotels while traveling from New England to Orlando. We tried another hotel closer to the Orlando area to try and save some funds. That proved to be a bad decision and returned here. Economical value and a better stay all around. The area is safe here in Sanford. While this hotel does not offer breakfast, there are many dining options close by, some within walking distance and others a short drive away. If you are looking for bells and whistles, pay more and go there. If you are looking for a convenient, bug free, clean, quiet and safe space, you can’t go wrong here. They are pet friendly, however they will only allow dogs. Bonus points for being right next door to a Wawa. "
