"I stayed in other hotels in the area before but this one is the best so far. The area is safe and convenient, with some low level of noise due to its proximity to the highway but that was minor. One thing I did not like was the morning of the day of my arrival, I received as SMS from Wyndham to check in before I get to the hotel. I went through the process of checking in. At the end of the process, I was told that when I get to the hotel, all I will need to do is stop by the front desk, identify myself and pick-up the key/card to my room. To my great surprise, when I got to the hotel, the check-in agent made me go through the WHOLE thing again. I told him that I was already checked in and according to the Wyndham SMS that I had received all I needed to do would to stop at the front desk and pick up the card to the room. He insisted that I have to go through the whole process all over again. So, Wyndham wasted my time with their 'remote/advanced' check-in. I will never do it again. When I check in for my flight from home, when I get to the airport, I go straight to the departure gate of my flight."

"This property is well maintained for an older hotel built in 1985. All of the staff we encountered we attentive and friendly. There qere a few hiccups with the parking garage and using our room to to exit and enter the first day/night. The hotel's FOM tookcare of that thenext day. Convenient, comfortable, quiet. This is now my new go-to hotel to getaway from the chaos of the tourist areas of Orlando."
