"There was no staff except front desk. No security, no nobody. Everybody did whatever they wanted, loud music, barking dogs, dog in pool, dogs not on leashes. Dog barking late while trying to sleep. Wild teens taking over pool. And you actually didn't see an employee unless you went to front desk or a room cleaner. And front desk never answers the phone, keeps you on hold if they did happen to pick up. Did not enjoy my stay. And it was not cheap."

"This property was a disappointment. The door to our room didn’t work and needed maintenance so we could enter the room…the toilet handle was broken and the room was musty. The air conditioning unit was so loud it woke us up every time it went on. The biggest disappointment was that there was no housekeeping for our three night stay. Overall it was an unkept facility that has promise but falls short … not the typical Hilton experience."

"So positives of this hotel: free breakfast and right on the beach. However, I would not stay here again. The property itself was poorly maintained and poorly designed in my opinion. The breakfast area was very tiny and as a result, you were constantly bumping into someone and the staff weren’t able to clean effectively so the floors, tables, etc got very dirty and sticky. We were there Saturday-Monday and did not receive housekeeping service once, not even a refill for toilet paper or to empty out trash. This hotel had 11 floors (12 if you count the pool area) however only one elevator was working and it was a tiny elevator at that. So you were waiting on average 5-10 minutes to get to your floor unless you took the stairs. The towels were old and dingy, the tv had basic cable that worked half of the time, and the shower had horrible water pressure. I do not blame the staff at all, because I could see they were running around constantly, maybe this was do to having only one elevator or being understaff, I’m not quite sure. But property owners should consider a huge renovation. Even by Holiday Express standards this was poor."
