「The room smelled terrible and the towels and wash rags were very dirty. It was so noisy I could not sleep. One of the worst nights I have ever spent at a hotel. The person at the front desk was very nice.」

「The room was large with plenty of drawers and storage room. We had reserved a room with a king bed, but, upon check-in, were told there were no rooms with king beds available, so they gave us one with 2 queen beds. The room had a musty smell. The air conditioner worked very well. Breakfast consisted of pre-made mini omelets and cold cuts, breads, biscuits, make-your-own waffles, fruits, juices, yogurts, cereal, oatmeal. Location is very good, close to all the businesses on Lake Mary...

「Not very accommodating. They would not clean our room. They stated that they had a lot of checkouts for the morning and they could not clean our room. So, they indicated that they would bring fresh towels and try to "tidy up" but the towels never came. Poor execution. Left a day early due to this lack of courtesy.」

「The hotel is under renovations, but our room seemed to be unfinished still despite being rented. Overall comfortable and convenient for our purposes. Front desk was very helpful!」

「The internet did not work which means the TVs did not work even though I paid $4.95 per day for internet service. AC made lots of noise. During the day, it seems the ac did not work properly. It was hot even though the thermostat was set at 71 degrees.」

「Did not get to experience bar or breakfast, but will go back to hotel. Staff was great and helpful, cuban cafe was very tasty, close to Stetson university.」
