What really impressed me was how efficiently and calmly he handled everything. We had a minor issue, and Imran resolved it within minutes—no fuss, no runaround. He was fast, friendly, and made us feel like valued guests, not just another check-in. His service was so smooth and genuine, it honestly felt like we were being taken care of by someone who truly cares about the brand and the people who walk through the doors.

"Nice, clean rooms. The staff is super helpful and friendly. They have an excellent complimentary breakfast and there are also good dining options at walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location right next to I-4 is also very convenient."

"The place was immaculate. The staff was on top of everything. Front desk was great. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was amazing. People were vacuuming halls and cleaning glass all the time. The weight room was well kept. The pool was clean. We have traveled a lot with our son’s baseball team and this is by far the best stay so far this year. Would definitely stay again. "
