「Brand new facility. Beautifully clean and sleek contemporary design. Comfy bed.」

「The rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue was the toilet handle was loose but it was immediately fixed once I notified staff. The property was maintained. The hotel is conveniently located. Parking is free and that's rare now a days. I didn't use the amenities this time. The breakfast was a good assortment. I would stay here again and recommend it.」

「Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.」

「Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. 」

「Super cool and spotless!!! Communication with host was excellent, entry was a breeze and we wanted for nothing. Bed was super comfy, all amenities supplied. We had a wonderful stay!」

「Es una hermosa propiedad con un personal poco capacitado,la limpieza es deficiente e inaceptable hay cucarachas objetos de clientes anteriores,las tohallas sucias y manchadas,la manta de taparse sin cambiar (con un olor espantoso)La habitacion que me asignaron no fue inspeccionada por un supervisor o personal a cargo.Al llegar me pidieron un deposito de 100 dolares aunque no mencionan eso a la hora de la resrva y entrar a la habitacion para encontrar total decepcion 」

「The staff didn’t seem to have much urgency on helping guests. We were told on the phone that we could check-in early at 1pm, so we arrived early. We weren’t able to check-in until past 3:30. Had they not told us to come in early, we wouldn’t have. The staff was pretty unhelpful and didn’t seem to care that we were waiting so long (per their direction), stated that they were understaffed and that check-in wasn’t until 3. Again, fine if they didn’t not tell us it was ok to check-in early. We...
