Was only there from 10:30 PM to 4:30 AM next morning. But was very clean, not noisy, convenient short trip to rental car check-in next morning. Staff were very friendly when checking in and out. Overall, great place, I'll use it again.

The lady at the front desk was awesome. Needed to do a load of laundry, someone decided to over fill the machines and leave their stuff in there for an excessive amount of time. She had no problem handling it like a champ.. The place is dated, but the convince to the airport worth it. I'd stay again.

We were given a room number…our keys didn’t work. Went back to the desk and had keys reset. Went back up to the room and the door opened but the safety latch was employed. There were people in that room already!! Back to the front desk and given another room. Unacceptable is an understatement.

Good for the price

Bed very comfortable, the pool could use some more cleaning, front desk was amazing. I love the coffee available 24/7 with different options. The airport transfer was on time however limited seating. Overall I will come back. Very budget friendly.

Unfortunately they over booked and although I had reservation for 2 months ,I find at 1150pm I have no room.However the girl running the desk went out of her way to procure us a room.she was able to communicate in Filipino with the Expedia agent.i have been charged now for 3 rooms,Best western should be cancelled and agent said get receipt and would be reimbursed for Hilton.hilton sent me to garden Hilton inn but when we got there they had no record but I was charged,I was sent across street to homewood Hilton who also had no reservation for me but did fine me a room at 245am..big mess

Hotel was comfortable, room was remodeled, clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the hotel is under full remodel and the pool is in the parking lot and needed cleaning.
