Lower beachfront rooms are very small but great view. I will stay again but maybe in the tower looking down on the beach. NICE warm, large heated pool & HOT hot tub. Terrific.

The employees were very helpful with what they had to work with so I don’t blame them. We booked a stay in a beach view, queen bed room. We were put in the “old” side of the resort which meant very little maintenance had been done. Don’t expect things you’d normally get in a hotel stay. There were only 3 pillows instead of 4. No coffee for coffee maker or glasses to use for brushing teeth etc. TV remote didn’t worked so we could only watch one channel. You don’t get ice, you have to buy it. If you want coffee you get it at the front desk. Our room was very old. The floor sweated enough to get our feet and socks wet. It took a long time for hot water to make its way to our shower. One bar of soap to share between the shower and bathroom sink. The room is really small, no closets, just a bar with a few hangers over the bed. The only light in the main room is a lamp. They do not supply towels by the pool so you have to bring your own or use the ones you get in the bathroom. The room was clean but things like rusty metal and bathroom mirror didn’tI help. In talking with other guests there are some refurbished rooms that they were satisfied with. The pool and hot tub area is pretty nice and the view of the ocean was great, they had nice lounge chairs and beach access. One pool was not in service so it’s misleading that they have 2 pools. The gal who ran the bar was a lot of fun and I heard good things about the food sold there. I do believe new management is trying.

I have booked the room in flamingo tower and front office asked me to stay other side of the road in poor quality huts. There was no direct beach access from this place. You need to cross the road with kids. This is very bad experience even after paying 180$. Staff behavior was horrible. Please avoid booking this property.

I stayed at the Flamingo Hotel and Tower in Panama City Beach and was extremely disappointed. The property was advertised as a hotel, but in reality it is much closer to a motel, and all charges appeared under a motel name, which felt misleading. The room did not match the photos online. The microwave was rusty, the room was dirty upon arrival, and we encountered bugs, including finding a bug inside the coffee maker, which was extremely unsanitary. The air conditioner had visible mold entering the unit from the back of the building, which is a serious concern. Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent. After turning in our dirty towels, we requested clean towels four separate times and never received them. When we finally went to the maintenance office ourselves, it still felt like pulling teeth just to get towels, which should never be an issue at any hotel. We also requested room cleaning, but no one ever came. On the last night, the fire alarms chirped all night, making it impossible to sleep. I attempted to speak with a manager four times on 12/30/25, 12/31/25, and twice on 1/1/25. Each time, I was told the manager was unavailable. I requested a callback and never received one. Between the misleading advertising, poor cleanliness, unsanitary conditions, lack of basic service, and complete lack of management response, I would not recommend staying here.
