「Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. 」

「Tucked back behind a Walmart and other stores, navigation takes you behind a building and the little alley is a dumping ground. Bed is ok, breakfast is disappointing. Only coffee available to drink. No juice or other options. 」

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.」

「Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.」

「What a cute little place with all of the amenities. Clean and the bed was super comfortable. Love the decor. Especially the artist work displayed. Walking distance to downtown was a plus 」

「Amazing! They had everything I needed and were so flexible as I almost needed to extend my stay due to the storm. The vibe was great, very cool and seamless check in and access. Close to everything needed. I will definitely be returning! Can’t wait.」

「First impressions are important, and they failed. Although the staff was GREAT, there was a horrible smell throughout the hotel. The carpets n the hallways were filthy and nasty.. The garbage out front wasn't emptied the three days I was there. The showers were old, and looked like they weren't cleaned since Reagan was president. Coffee, seriously what hotel doesn't have a coffee maker in the room? I had to go to Walmart and get a Keurig to have some in the morning. No breakfast offered. If you...
